We are excited to announce today the formation of the iBIO member working committees.
iBIO member committees will focus on key issues impacting to Illinois life sciences community, and will help inform programming and policies on these major issues.
Our community is a long history of coming together and working on the BIO conventions. It was a great way for the community to stay connected and engage on major issues to prepare for the conventions.
Our goal is to adopt the committee model from the BIO conventions and focus our efforts on key growth areas for the community:
- Start up ecosystem
- STEM
- Economic development and international
- Legal and regulatory
Member working committees will meet monthly and identify key goals for the calendar year.
