iBIO is proud to support the March 28th March Miracles organized by the Fathers Who Care and the Westside Community Stakeholders with a donation of 7,500 masks from iBIO’s PPE Response Fund to support the homeless and less fortunate population on Chicago’s west side.

The donation of the masks is part of iBIO’s Transform Illinois Initiative leveraging our PPE Fund and community resources to build a more inclusive and resilient life sciences community in Illinois.

“Black communities have lacked resources throughout this pandemic, so I am glad I could be the bridge in connecting iBIO with our Westside Community Stakeholders to have a successful event and continue to prevent the spread of this deadly virus,” Senate Majority Leader Kimberly A. Lightford said. “iBIO’s donation of 7,500 masks was more than generous, and I am thankful to iBIO for helping protect our community.”
